Sunday – Cross Training

Today’s cross training was pretty much non-existent. I am not going to lie, I am very nervous about this roller blading marathon. The website did say most people do finish in time, even those untrained, so fingers crossed.

We ended up having a funeral today. I don’t know if it will fully settled in that Great Aunt T is gone until she isn’t at Rosh Hashanah. So instead of blading, we had some much needed family time.

Monday – Rest

I am moving my runs back to Wednesday from Monday. However, Golf League was extended because of the two rain-outs. This week was suppose to be the last week. I love golf, but I am ready to have my Wednesday’s back.

Tuesday – Easy Run

Wednesday – Cross Training: Golf League/ Easy Run

We had storms all through the afternoon into Thursday morning. Golf League was canceled. I didn’t end up getting a run in either cause of the lightening. I did however, sign up for a membership at Planet Fitness so that I can have access to a treadmill now that the weather is starting to turn more. I also feel so blah lately, that motivation has been rough. I am going to blame it on Mercury starting Retrograde today. So hopefully by September 14 when it finishes I will be pumped and ready for the Berlin Inline Marathon.

Thursday – Easy Run

It was way too hot (95deg) and humid (95%) to run outside today, even for me. So I headed to the gym for my 5 miles on the treadmill. Worked out well as we ended up getting horrible storms again and a tornado in the area.

Friday – Rest Day

Saturday – Long Run

I was very bellow the neck sick today 😦 Did not get a long run in.
