Sunday – Long Run

This was a great run. It was so great, that I felt phenomenal afterward too. I was very tired, but my legs did not kill nearly as bad as they did last Sunday.

Monday – Rest Day

It was a horrible day at work. So S and I went to a local brewery for beers to help me de-stress. I am not sure the beer helped but Local Comedian Tim Robinson was there and it absolutely made my horrible week 500% better. I didn’t talk to him or anything, cause he was with his family. But I did steal 1 creeper pic.

Tuesday – Rest Day

Originally, I wanted to run again today. But my garmin watch advised against it. Said I still needed more rest from Sunday. I decided to listen to it because I had another stressful day at work and didn’t get home until 7pm.

Wednesday – Easy Run

I fly out to Berlin tonight for the Berlin In-line Marathon. I am not sure how exactly to do my running miles for this week because of it. Decided best method would be to replace it with my long run. I was suppose to do 18 miles this week. So 18 miles at 34 miles a week means I need to run 16 miles this week.

Thursday – Travel Day/Expo

Friday – Easy Run

I am heading to take a tour of the Sachsenhausen Memorial today at 10:00am. I need to be there at 9:30 to wait for my guide so I did the Easy 4 miles today.

Saturday – Berlin In-line Marathon
