Sunday – RollerBlading
No rollerblading was completed. I got my new blades in the mail, and they were the only ones I brought with me to Indiana….and I am not prepared to long skate in them yet. They are so fast and unstable, I need to build up ankle strength.
Monday – Speed

I ended up going ALL OUT, on the very last 400 I ran. Finished in 1:35.5. Very proud of this. Though a 95.5 time still bummed me out as in my Senior Year high school prime, I could run a 74second time in the 400m. But hey! Maybe I’ll get closer to that time the longer I do sprints.


Tuesday – Easy Run


Wednesday – Cross Training: Golf League
No golf for the Holiday. Worked on renovating my bathroom.
Thursday – Threshold

Had to cut this one short because a storm was coming in. So I only ran 1 mile at 8:42.9, then continued with my Cool Down jog after the walk break. Went back to my house and grabbed my dog to finish the mile with me as I knew he would not go out in the rain.


Friday – Rest Day
Continued with working on the bathroom renovation.
Saturday – Long Run
Another run I had to cut short because of the on coming storm. Plus mile 10 with that 100ft of elevation gain was a killer :(. I also did not feel well mentally because I have not been eating as well I should have since my husband is on a golf trip. After the run had a high protein, eggs and bacon breakfast.
